Internet Explorer 3.x E-Mail Setup
It is highly recommended that you upgrade to Explorer 5.x if your computer
can support it.
On the main toolbar, click on the Mail icon. In the dropdown menu,
click on Read Mail.
In the Internet Mail Window, at the top, click on Mail and select
Options.
At the top, click on the Servers tab and enter the information as
follows:
Your Real Name and Organization-This is optional.
E-Mail Address-your
username (ie howard@erienet.net)
Outgoing Mail - mail.erienet.net
Incoming Mail - mail.erienet.net
POP3 Account -your username
(ie howard@erienet.net)
Password - Your password MUST be in lowercase with NO spaces.
When sending out new messages, Internet Mail keeps it in your Outbox,
until you click Send and Receive. To avoid this, in the Options window,
click on the Send tab and check Send Messages Immediately.
