When you check E-mail, your mail is moved from your mailbox into a temporary storage facility. It remains there for about 10 to 15 minutes. If you get the message:
POP lock busy immediately after checking your mail, it means that your mail is in this temp holding space and not accessible.
Just give your E-mail 10 to 15 minutes to return back
to its normal storage location and try it again.

with POP mail services.

MacIntosh users should download Netscape Communicator from the Erienet Technical Support Website under the heading "Internet Programs for MacIntosh" and follow the instructions that are posted for "Configuring Communicator". |
